A descriptive paragraph 

“Going Green at the Beach” is a rebuild of a 100-year-old beachfront cabin that combines the highest levels of green building and energy efficiency with the comfort and relaxation of life on the beach. Visitors during the Solar Tour will be able to hear about the project and view the solar and geothermal equipment. Construction on the home will be fully completed in mid-October, and the finished home will be open for public tours from 1-5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, Oct. 27-28, Nov. 3-4, and Nov. 10-11 (private tours available for groups of 10 or more). Directions to Site:

- Take the Smokey Point Exit (#206) from I-5 North

- Turn left over the freeway and continue for approx. 2.2 miles

- Turn right at the “T”

- Continue for about 6 miles to the stop sign at the entrance to Warm Beach

(you’ll pass Lake Goodwin and Lake Martha)

- Go straight at the stop sign

- Turn at the the “T” on to Soundview Drive

- The house will be on your left after approx. .2 miles – look for the “lighthouse”!
