This is the 1st LEED Platinum building in Washington State, and

with 160 solar panels this is the largest solar array in the South

Sound. But that’s not all, there are green features throughout the

design including natural lighting for every work space, super energy

efficient windows, low VOC finishes and flooring, no CFC, HCFC,

or Halons in HVAC system, and 80% of the materials and products

are from within 500 miles of Olympia. The WPUDA Building is a

must see on this year’s tour !!

From I-5 take the capitol exit toward the Port. Take 1st

left on Union and go 5 blocks.
