This was the 1st LEED certified commercial building in Washington

State. This 6,600 ft2 sales and administrative building incorporates

advanced insulation, winds, lighting, heating and cooling systems

which use around 35% less energy than comparable buildings built to

code. The building includes low toxic finishes, adhesives, and carpeting

to assure the air in the work space is chemical free. The innovative

plumbing system saves on water. Of course, the design incorporates

passive solar heating. This is a drive by, but if they are open,

visit the showroom.
